This article is loosely based on the theory of evolution. On the 200th anniversary of Charles Darwin, Howard Stern started talking about Darwin on his show. The main point of interest that they kept discussing was how it was pretty obvious that we came from and are related to monkeys. Howard kept saying how he thought Darwin just discovered the obvious and that he himself could of discovered Darwinism if he’d been alive 200 years ago. The importance of this article is that it shows how to many educated people, the breaking point in whether or not they believe in evolution is the fact that we came from monkeys.

Many times I believe that we take so much of what we know today for granted. The things people discovered - even basic ideas such as the wheel or fire - would not be here today if someone had not "discovered" them. The iPhone was the result of millions of years of evolution and years of work that finally created a tool we use in our day-to-day lives, taking it for granted.
Howard Stern, I want to see you come up with a theory that so greatly shapes modern biology. I'm a sucker for Darwin and I think that his role in modern science is monumental. It's easy to say now that it's obvious we came from monkeys, but when that concept goes against your entire education and centuries of thinking, it's probably not as easy as you'd think.
